Well, that’s the vision of the Community Benefits Network anyway. The group is in talks with developers to get as much as 20 per cent of the planned new tower at Northcliffe and Vaughan designated for affordable housing. They say affordability means 30 per cent of your income. Not bad. Let’s see how the negotiations go.
