We mourn the death of a man who was killed in the Midtown at Eglinton and Dufferin. Police closed the intersection for hours last week and the only information we had at the time was that a man had been struck by a dump truck and he sustained serious injuries. Later we learned he had died. But we still did not know who he was, until now.
The man was Theivarupan Theiventhram. He was 53, a father of three, and a man who many people depended on. Our deepest condolences to his family and his friends.
